Nettare dell'Enotria Rosato is produced in the south of Lucania, close to the Pollino National Park. A wine with a refined crystalline pink colour and a velvety and harmonious taste, made from Sangiovese (minimum 60%), Cabernet Sauvignon, Malvasia Nera di Basilicata and Montepulciano grapes. Serve at 9°C-10°C. Any residue on the bottom is an indication of the genuineness of the product. Organic and vegan production.

WINE-MAKING: After destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the marc takes place at a controlled temperature until the desired colour and aroma are obtained.
AGING: In steel containers for 5 months
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 9-10° C
TASTING NOTES: The colour is a lively, crystal-clear pink, elegant and with a fresh, balanced flavour; the aroma is intensely fruity. Excellent with hors d'oeuvres, risottos, white meats, fish and fresh cheeses.
