Convivio Lucano is produced in the Grottino di Roccanova area, close to the Pollino National Park in southern Lucania, where the land generates high quality grapes. It is a ruby red wine, with a lively fruity bouquet and a pleasantly dry taste, made from Sangiovese (minimum 60%), Cabernet Sauvignon, Malvasia Nera di Basilicata and Montepulciano grapes. The De Biase winery only vinifies selected grapes from its own vineyards, cultivated using organic methods. Serve at 16°C-18°C.
